of 4 Silicon Valley corporations. |  | John Waters, President and CTO John Waters was the lead architect and
developer of a number of high profile financial software products and solutions,
including Scandinavia’s leading Internet retail stock trading system, a leading
mortgage and credit risk assessment product now used by many of Sweden’s banks for
housing loans. John has a strong background in Delphi, C# and SQL, as well
as many years of experience of successful project management. John has also spoken
at conferences on the subject of Web Services. Recent projects include such diverse
experiences as in-car navigation systems, GPS- and MapPoint-based solutions, capture
and playback of video, a web based Volunteer Tracking System for a food bank, and
a Nortel telephone switch interface module. Currently, John is the full time project
manager and chief architect for a large custom built ERP system that handles billions
of dollars of business, using Web 2.0 technology and AJAX. John has a MS in Computer
Science from Uppsala University in Sweden, has been a Microsoft Certified Professional
for SQL Server, and is currently a MCP in Developing and Implementing Web Applications
with Microsoft Visual C# .NET. |  | Noel Rice, VP Software Services Noel has over 14 years of experience in
the software industry including numerious successful projects in the industries
of medical, telecom, financial and manufacturing. Noel also worked as a lead developer
on major projects for Hewlett Packard and Johnson & Johnson. Noel is considered
a valuable worldwide resource on .NET. C#, Delphi internals, Java, J2ME, COM, SOAP,
ASP.NET and Sockets development. Noel co-authored "Using Delphi - special edition"
by Sybex and has written numerious articles on software development for top industry
magazines. Noel is a Borland Certified Delphi and Kylix Developer & Trainer. |  | Adam Anderson, Master Consultant Adam Anderson is a Microsoft Certified
Solution Developer with over 10 years of experience. He started as a consultant
using Delphi to rapidly deliver custom, high-quality business solutions in a wide
variety of industries. His later experiences afforded him the opportunity to become
familiar with a number of different products, technologies, and disciplines, including
SQL Server and T-SQL, Oracle and PL/SQL, Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting Services,
COM/DCOM/COM+, Internet Information Services, all areas of the .NET Framework, normalized
relational database design, and good object-oriented design based on design patterns
and refactoring. His latest area of interest is learning new programming languages,
especially functional languages such as Haskell and F#. |  | Brad Divine, Senior Software Engineer Brad began his career at WebTV, one of
the first dot-com success stories, as a software engineer developing CRM tools for
the Customer Support department. He started with Perl, moved on to J++ (Microsoft's
version of Java) and migrated to .NET in 2003. Since then, he has primarily used
C#, ASP.NET, and T-SQL to build and optimize high-performance Enterprise Feedback
Management solutions. Brad earned a BS in Computing and Systems Sciences from Taylor University and lives
in Santa Clara, CA. He spends his free time playing with his dog, Abby, and riding
his motorcycle through the local mountains. |  | Steve Trefethen, Software Architect  Steve Trefethen is a former R&D Staff Engineer at CodeGear, Borland's Developer
Tools Group, with over 15 years of experience working along side some of the world's
leading software developers. Steve has extensive experience in component framework
design and implementation as well as being an expert in test automation. He is well
known and respected within the Delphi community around the world not only for his
product contributions but also his highly visible online presence as Borland's top
blogger. Steve implemented a significant portion of Delphi's ASP.NET designer as
well as numerous Delphi IDE/VCL/RTL features over the years. He has a BA in Computer
Science from the University of Maine and lives in Scotts Valley, CA with his wife
and children. Steve likes to spend his spare time pumping iron at the local gym. |  | Mike Dugan, Senior Software Engineer Although Mike cannot leap buildings in
a single bound, he can practically absorb a client’s problem space; making their
problem his. His uncanny ability to elicit requirements and then rapidly design
and build a custom solution make this classically trained Computer Scientist from
the University of Colorado a strong ally in the world of software development. His
abilities were forged at Xapware Technologies working on countless projects that
spanned the entire technological realm. Those skills were then tempered at Turbopower
Software as a Senior Software Engineer for Borland’s number one component developer.
Most recently, these abilities were honed at Aristocrat Technologies where Mike
led teams through the design and development of an enterprise class casino management
system. Now he is eager to assist you. |  | Bary Nusz, Senior Software Engineer Bary’s career has taken him from the oil
field services industry, to LCD research, and to the DOE. He’s served as a lead
researcher, designer, and programmer on numerous systems that encompassed a wide
range of technologies such as ultrasonics, eddy current, and downhole viscosity
measurements — all along the way using the latest software technologies to solve
complex control and data imaging challenges. With numerous patents and engineering/scientific
achievement awards he finds no challenge too hard to handle. During the spring he
spends time chasing down severe storms, and in the summer spends time at the lake
with his family. He also enjoys competing as an epee fencer along with his son and
daughter. Bary has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University. |  | Rachel Hagerman, Senior Software Engineer Rachel finds joy in meeting challenges
in her career and her life. After deciding to pursue a career in electronics, and
as one of only a handful of female students in her department, Rachel graduated
at the top of her class with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oklahoma
State University. Two years after graduation, she was leading the software design
team on a multi-million dollar testing system for the Department of Energy. Rachel
has experience in circuitry design and automated test systems, but her true passion
has always been for software. Rachel loves to spend time on a wakeboard in the summer or a snowboard in the winter
with her husband and friends. |  | Gary Campbell, Senior Software Engineer Gary has nearly 20 years of software industry experience working in a variety of
fields including insurance, marketing, medical, telecom, real estate, financial
and manufacturing. He has also worked as a team lead on major software projects
for Hewlett Packard and Johnson & Johnson. Gary's specialties include C#.NET,
Delphi, Localization and Internationalization and database development. He holds

financial services, telecom, energy, and manufacturing. He has also worked as a
team lead on major commercial software projects for AT&T, ABN AMRO, Merrill Lynch,
Time Warner. Exxon/Mobil, and Nabisco. He has delivered a number of successful commercial
applications including futures commodity trading, supply chain, knowledge management,
personal tax and financial software, and Internet based secondary markets. Steve's
specialties include C#.NET, services, middleware/messaging, and database access.
He holds a BA in Mathematics from Rutgers College in New Jersey. Steve spends his spare time fixing up his fixer-upper house, traveling, SCUBA diving,
and making glass windows. |  | Jonathan Tower, Consultant Jonathan Tower loves the creative and problem solving aspects of software development.
He has over ten years of software development experience in industries including
marketing, logistics, and pharmaceuticals. Over the years, Jonathan has helped companies
like Abbott Laboratories, LTD Commodities, and Uline Shipping Supplies to develop
their enterprise software applications using Microsoft development technologies
like ASP.NET and SQL Server. Jonathan now lives in Michigan, where he enjoys watching
films, outdoor activities like biking and backpacking, and photography. Jonathan
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Systems Sciences from Taylor
University. |  | Scott Frolich, Consultant Scott started a long time ago at Borland as a support engineer for C++, Delphi and BDE. He became the go-to guy for all database related issues in Borland products. Moving on to a startup company during the dot com boom, Scott moved to web based technologies such as Javascript, DHTML, and Java. The company was then acquired by IBM where Scott continued his work on web based enterprise software products including WebSphere, DB2, and Flash/Flex. Always looking for a challenge, Scott worked on many new technologies that were used by other technical groups and companies with great success. C#, .NET, Entity Framework and RIA Services has been his focus recently. During this time Scott started a family including two children with a wonderful wife. In his spare time Scott likes to go jogging with friends, go mountain bike riding and have fun with the kids. |  | Anneke Leigh, Senior Project Manager
Ms. Leigh brings to Falafel Software extensive experience in all areas of project management across a variety of industries, specializing in technology. Prior to joining Falafel, Leigh served as an Executive Consultant with Level 5 focused on insuring her client‘s success through excellence in technical and business operations. Her experience includes directing innovative solutions, and providing strong leadership to organizations across a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining Level 5, Ms. Leigh served as the Director of Software Applications for Earth Bound Farms, the largest organic produce company in the US. She was wholly responsible for developing and leading a top level R&D team to architect and build a custom ERP package for perishable product management from inventory control and complex financial transactions to supply chain management. Her efforts led to significantly improved efficiencies, margin and down time and provided unprecedented visibly into key operational metrics.
Prior to her 3 year engagement with Earthbound Farms, Ms. Leigh served as the Global Director of Professional Services (PSO) for Borland Software Corporation. Developing and driving the global service strategy, Ms. Leigh expanded the global PSO footprint while building and leading a large and widely dispersed team coordinating communications between all levels of management, support, operations and service partners. Ms. Leigh also drove the integration of new service organizations across multiple mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to her 10 year engagement at Borland, Ms. Leigh held various management and professional roles including a stint with Thermo Electron, a leading biomass corporation, ultimately coordinating US and Canadian operations.

skills including all aspects of billing, A/R and A/P general ledger postings, and
payroll processing. Also, he’s very efficient in optimized bookkeeping principles,
debits, credits, taxes and closings. Sean’s specialties include proven problem-solving,
analytical and creative thinking skills, ability to function with a do-whatever-it-takes
attitude, strong capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Sean has a passion for traveling, hiking, photographing and exploring any mountain
